It was a special day for West Kowloon Centre as 3 classes were having their Mini-Concert on 30 June! Junior 2K had their Mini-Concert first which they started with a joyful Hebrew song Havah Nagilah, with a meaning of “Let’s be happy”. Under the lead of their tutors, conductor May Chan and accompanist Melody Chan, members then sang The World Keeps Turning Around with body movements, drawing loving smiles from their parents. The choristers ended the concert with a 17th century British folk song Lavender Blue, which won the audience’s loud applause to praise the effort they put in practicing.

During the Junior 1N & 1S Mini-Concert that followed, Junior 1N members first performed 2 songs in Cantonese and Putonghua respectively while singers from Junior 1S presented Oh! What a Happy Day and Outing in the Countryside full of joy. The two classes last sang Zip-A-Dee-Do-Datogether to wish everyone a wonderful weekend.
